Hi friends! We’ve been sitting on this secret for what feels like forever (in actuality, summer 2021), and we can finally spill the beans. The Brookside sister shops have moved in together! The glow up is real! ✨🍾

**coco and Lady Bye are officially closed so we can transition everything. Look for the new space to be open very, very soon. 🏎️💨

Where are you now?

Find us in the old New Dime Store space, just two blocks west.

Why are you moving?

To be 100% transparent, it was move or close. COVID plus the closure of all our retail neighbors affected our foot traffic that badly.

In addition, the new space is so much larger. This will allow us to do so much: offer a wider variety of inventory, offer bigger private parties, host more pop ups. We will have a Curvy Shop within the shop that we are so excited about! And so much more!’

What about my coco and Lady Bye gift cards?

Don't worry for one second! Gift cards from coco and Lady Bye will transfer to LADYCO. 

Whenever you are ready to shop:  

In person: bring your gift card(s) to the new LADYCO shop and our team will transfer your balance to a new LADYCO card on the spot. 

Online: get in touch once LADYCO is open and our manager will transfer your card. When you message please include your name as well as the last four digits of your gift card. Please allow one business day for us to reply.

What about my COCO and Lady Bye VIP rewards? I didn’t use them yet!

No worries! VIP rewards from coco and Lady Bye transfer to LADYCO.

Whenever you are ready to redeem your rewards:

In person: bring the reward you received in the mail to the new LADYCO shop and our team will apply the reward to your LADYCO purchase that day.

Online: get in touch once LADYCO is open and our manager will reissue you a new reward code. When you message please include your name as well as the the code on the card you received in the mail. Please allow one business day for us to reply. Reminder that rewards cannot be transferred and can only be redeemed by the name on the account.

What about my last VIP card? I never filled it? What happens to it?

We are merging the two programs into one! After your first purchase at the new space we will pull your coco and Lady Bye card(s), review the number of purchases together and add that day’s transaction.

If you are at six+ purchases between the two cards, a reward is heading your way! If the cards don’t yet total six, the two cards will stay together and continue to accrue with future purchases.

If you are at two different tiers (ie Gold at Lady Bye and Blue at coco) you will begin at LADYCO at the higher level.

What about returns? I have something from COCO I wish to exchange. Or, I am giving my daughter a sweater for Christmas from Lady Bye, can she still return it?

For sure! Our Gift Shop with Confidence policy applies to any returns or exchanges. Any purchases from coco and Lady Bye can be returned to LADYCO for store credit or exchanged through January 7th, 2023.

Temporary Fitting Rooms

Making hay while the sun shines. Making lemonade out of lemons. That's us! The city is still reviewing our fitting room buildout permit and we couldn’t wait another minute to open. Please bear with us and our temporary setup (there are fitting rooms, just not the oh-so beautiful ones coming someday). We can’t wait for you to see our actual design when we can build it.
