RETURN POLICY

Clothing items may be returned in new condition with tags attached within 14 days of purchase for exchange or store credit only. 

All jewelry, accessories, hair accessories, home goods, red-line final sale clearance items and purchases beyond 14 days are final sale and ineligible for return. 

Condition? We will gladly accept the return of products that are still new with tags, unwashed, unworn, free of any pet hair, smoke or other scents. In short, we must be able to confidently put this product back on our racks.

Defective? If you receive a product with manufacturer defects, please let us know.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer shipping, delivery, curbside pickup and in-store pickup. 

Rates:

Free shipping on orders over $50

$5 shipping on orders under $50

Free Delivery for orders within a 5-mile radius over $99

Deliveries will take place every Saturday. All deliveries will be contactless. We will drop your package at your front door and text the number you included at checkout to confirm. If you qualify for delivery, you will see it as an option at checkout. 

We reserve the right to change any order marked for 'delivery' to 'to be shipped' if we are not able to access the drop-off address. In the event this happens we will email to confirm the change. 

Timing: 

We make every effort to ship within two business days as we know how anxious you are for your pretties! But please understand we are a small company and things do come up. For this reason we officially state we ship within four business days. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note it can take up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee when an order will arrive once it is in USPS hands. Most orders do arrive at their destination within five business days. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping.

International Shipping:

You will be invoiced separately for actual shipping costs. COCO will cover insurance, but you are responsible for any duties/import/customs fees.

Mis-Ship? Did we mistakenly ship you the wrong item? Please let us know within two business days of receiving your package. We want to make it right!

Need to return? Should you find yourself needing to return items shipped to you, you can send them back to us within 14 days of receiving them. We will process the return for store credit or exchange as soon as we receive it. Please note: you are responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us.
